25 Jul Harvest on the rise

Today’s harvest…fresh farm grown goodness. The green papaya will be made into a salad. My particular favourite in there are the cumquats from Geoff’s personal food forest next to his house. I’ve never tasted cumquats as good as these before. You eat them skin and all and they taste just like a citrus jelly lolly. We also have lemons, Sabago and Desiree potatoes, cherry tomatoes, snow peas, Chinese cabbage, mizuna, kale, lettuce and rocket. Light and life filled goodness
